Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the property at the agreed service time.
If access is unavailable or conditions prevent the work from being safely completed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Payment terms and methods will be communicated before or during the service. Customers agree to make payment within the agreed timeframe.
Additional charges may apply where extra work has been approved by the customer.
Customers must provide accurate information about the property and disclose any known issues that may affect the work.
Customers should also ensure that pets, personal belongings, and other items are kept safely away from the work area where necessary.
Roofing and restoration work may be affected by weather conditions. For safety reasons, we may postpone or reschedule work where rain, strong winds, extreme weather, or other unsafe conditions make it unsuitable to proceed.
We aim to provide professional workmanship and complete services to a high standard. The condition, age, structure, and existing damage of a roof may affect the results and longevity of restoration work.
Restoration work does not necessarily correct underlying structural or pre-existing problems unless those issues are specifically included in the agreed scope of work.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, structural problems, deterioration, hidden damage, or conditions outside our reasonable control.
Where hidden or unexpected issues are discovered, we will communicate these with the customer and discuss available options where reasonably possible.
Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Repeated cancellations, failure to provide access, or significant delays may result in additional charges or the appointment being rescheduled.
